The Progenitors
(While the Progenitors deal primarily in life and death, they can hypothetically grant /any/ wish. However, most things that stray beyond life and death are out of their best scope of ability and cost a lot more to maintain the balance. These sorts of wishes will take significantly more sacrifice and more time to accomplish than they often seem worth, but anything is supposedly possible. Konec and Kyrrö will usually turn away wishers because of this or because of their intentions or desires for wishing, refusing to even hear their request because they do not want to deal with the enormous disturbance that their interference has in the balance. Their most accepted request is transportation from one world to the next, as it is a small thing. Even then though, it costs more than it's worth.)
